Shipping & Delivery: If an item is in stock we will usually dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Most of our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. The type of shipping used can be selected on checkout and you can use the shipping calculator before proceeding within the checkout area. There are various options for shipping, if you require insurance we suggest you select a shipping method accordingly. We have receipts for all items dispatched but if you require tracking, please choose the recorded or special delivery options. The tracking number will be sent to you via email when your item/s are dispatched.
Privacy & Security: Any information collected on this website is not shared with any third party or sold. We do not store any credit card details and all credit card transactions are using secure SSL methods to our payment gateway Realex who process the card directly with the bank using the highest security possible, Paypal also use the very highest anti fraud and SSL security to ensure that your transactions are secure and safe.
Returns & Replacements: We will replace any item that is not as described, faulty or damaged on receipt of order. Please contact us straight away if you receive an item that is not as specified and we will give you return details. Once we receive the faulty / damaged item we will dispatch a replacement or issue you with a refund if preferred.
Ordering: Ordering items is very easy on our website, just add any items thats you want to your shopping cart, by clicking the add to cart button. You do not need to login or create a membership to do this, however creating a membership does have the benefits of being able to check on order status and see previous orders etc. If you only wish to buy the one item and wish to use Paypal for payment you can choose the Paypal Checkout button to add the item to your order and go straight to Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you may prefer to pay using our payment gateway Realex who accept all major credit and debit cards. This can be done by adding items to your cart until you are finished and then click checkout button to pay for your items.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: We accept all major credit and debit cards through either Paypal or Realex Payment Gateway,it is also possible to pay by cheque, however your items will not be dispatched until your cheque clears. All prices are correct and include VAT if you are in a VAT zone. Promotion codes or Promotions advertised on items on our website, are automatically deducted from the cost of the items as you buy them. Promotion codes will give you a price reduction in the checkout area.
Viewing Orders: If you create an account by clicking the login link at the top right of the page and then click create account, you will be able to login and view any orders you have made, It is also possible to repeat order by clicking the reorder button.
Updating Account Information: You can update any of your account information by logging in and clicking the My account button top right..
