All our products are Brand New & in Mint Condition when dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. All items are sent in a bubble-wrap filled jiffy bag. We always obtain a Receipt & Proof of Posting Certificate with every order we send.

Nifty Nurse will unconditionally refund any purchase made in error if you contact us immediately. Should you require a refund after receiving goods, you may return the item unopened within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please note that you must provide a copy of your order receipt from SagePay or Paypal to facilitate a refund. If you have opened the item it may only be returned if the item is faulty or does not match the specification stated.

At this time Nifty Nurse will not cover return shipping costs. Please notify us by email once you have mailed the package to begin the refund process. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.
